Frequently asked questions
How does the VF20 discount work?
Add a painting from your photo to your cart and enter VF20 in the “Discount code” field (or copy it with the button above). The 20 % is deducted instantly.
Which products does it apply to?
All paintings from your photo – painting by numbers, diamond painting, dotting points and fuse beads. The 3+1 free offer does not apply to paintings from your own photo.
Why order now?
Right now we have plenty of time to design your painting carefully. Before Christmas our production fills up fast – and you won’t find a better price than this all year.
What kind of photo works best?
Ideally a sharp, well-lit photo where details and faces are clearly visible.
Where are the paintings made?
We make every painting in the Czech Republic, in the heart of Europe, to order from your photo.
How long do production and delivery take?
Standard production takes at most 6 working days, express production at most 3 working days. Delivery then takes 4–6 days.
Is shipping free?
Yes, orders over £60 ship free – even with the VF20 discount.
