Spending Vouchers

How does the voucher work?

1. Choose the amount you want to give. Want a different amount? No matter, merely send us an email at info@paintingfromphoto.com, and we'll take care of it.

2. Would you like to personalise the voucher? Write the dedication wording in the notes, and we'll include it with the voucher.

3. You will receive your voucher from us in electronic form via e-mail as soon as your payment clears.

4. The recipient will receive a discount code on the voucher for the chosen amount, which will then be deducted from their order. If he/she purchases from us at the voucher's face value, the ultimate total amount will be 0 GBP.

5. Vouchers are valid for up to 12 months. Certainly, it is possible to extend the time needed; simply contact us at info@paintingfromphoto.com and we'll be glad to make some changes you might need.

What may this voucher be used for? 

There are no limitations on what items may be purchased with this voucher. The recipient of the voucher can pick whatever they desire, and is only restricted by the amount listed on the voucher. Diamond painting, paint-by-numbers, DottingPoints, and fuse beads are our signature techniques. For all approaches, you have the option of picking from our pre-prepared motifs or having a custom set created to match your own photograph.

That's not all, though. For all methods, we also provide additional supplies to order (felt-tip pens, brushes, paints, etc.), as well as specialised tools to allow for more enjoyable and efficient creativity (LED pads or lamps for diamond painting, vacuum cleaners for corralling rhinestones, diamonding pens, etc.) and  your usual standard gear such as easels for canvases. We stock varnishes for finished paintings that will fix and safeguard your acrylic-painted artwork. Of course, a number of brush holders, brush cleaners, and other accessories for simple equipment maintenance and use.

Delivery and postage

We ship from Prague and provide three delivery options to any location in the United Kingdom: Royal Mail, DHL, or FedEx. The recipient will pick a delivery method when making the order on our website ; nothing you will need to worry about.
